H&M

In it for the Long Run
To mark the campaign launch of H&M's conscious sportswear collection, In it for the Long Run, Lucky Fox was commissioned to install an in-store and window VM scheme for the clothing giants at their Oxford Street flagship.

The eye-catching scheme mixes recycled and raw materials alongside new interactive technology to create an informative display that captures the ethos behind the capsule collection.

Staying true to the sustainable principles of the sport collection, which is made from recycled polyester, was vital for the scheme. Recycled and raw materials, including recycled wood, faux grass, concrete, and cardboard, are mixed with new technology in the form of neon lights and digital screens.

Encouraging customers to interact with the window scheme, sensors applied to the glass using a conductive ink trigger allow passersby to change the colour of the LEDs, which frame the cabinet window units displaying the key pieces from the collection. This is all set against a backdrop of neon tubes and large wooden letter signage, which gives the scheme a distinctive urban feel.

Taking centre stage in-store are large concrete plinths inserted with floro green LEDs that trace through the boxes and along the floor. Elsewhere, cardboard reboard structures inform customers about the range’s sustainable credentials.

The space is completed with floor-to-ceiling vinyl depicting campaign imagery and further information on how to recycle old clothes across H&M stores.
